Rozetka
The second marketplace integration — and it is built differently from Prom. Prom stores nothing locally; Rozetka, by contrast, keeps a mirror of the shop window: two registers holding items and categories exactly as the marketplace sees them.
The reason is that Rozetka is demanding about catalogues. It has its own tree of sections, its own requirements for attributes and its own item identifiers. Before you can send it prices and stock, the two catalogues must be stitched together — and the stitch is the article number.
The route: from categories to prices on the window

Update items → sends prices and stock to the storefront
- Rozetka Options — the single setting the whole exchange depends on: access to the cabinet, where prices come from, which locations the stock is counted at and how exactly it is counted.
- Rozetka Get Categories fills Rozetka item categories — the marketplace's tree of sections, for reference. The price and stock services do not read this register: the item snapshot brings each item's category along.
- Rozetka Get Items puts a snapshot of the window into Rozetka items: what is listed right now, under which identifiers and names.
- Rozetka Price Stock Update — the most frequently run service: it works out two things, how much it costs and how many there are, and writes them into Rozetka items.
- Rozetka Items Update — the reverse direction: it sends the computed prices and stock to the marketplace. The module does not send card names, descriptions or attributes, nor a price that is not above zero — then only the stock goes.
What is worth understanding
The stitch is the article number, not the name. In Rozetka items the marketplace's identifier sits next to your article number, which must equal the code of the item card. A listing whose article matches no item drops out of the exchange: no prices or stock are sent for it, and the item download service names such listings in its message.
A category is not a shelf but a set of requirements. It decides which section the item appears in and which attributes Rozetka will demand from it. Items are placed into categories in the marketplace cabinet: the module creates no listings on Rozetka, so the category tree in the system is a reference, not a condition of the exchange.
You choose how the balance is counted. The setting offers plain stock on hand, or stock less what is ordered or reserved. The commonest complaint — "we sold something we do not have" — is exactly the plain "Leftovers in stock" variant, which ignores both orders and reservations. The second safeguard is "Min. Leftover": while the balance is not above it, the window gets 0.
The exchange runs both ways, but asymmetrically. You pull categories and the window's snapshot; you push only prices and stock. There are no order-download services in the module, and the module's services do not read the "Counterparty" field in the setting — marketplace sales are recorded with ordinary documents.
The module keeps no books. It makes no postings and moves no stock — all the economics live in the ordinary sales documents.
Where to start in a new database
- Rozetka Options — access, price list, locations and the balance calculation.
- Rozetka Get Categories — the tree of sections (optional, for reference).
- Rozetka Get Items — the snapshot of the window.
- Check the article numbers the service reported as not found: without them the stitch does not work.
- Put Rozetka Price Stock Update on a daily schedule, followed by Rozetka Items Update: the first computes the numbers, the second sends them to the window.
