eTIMS Item Group Codes
KRA codes for a whole item group: the classification code, the item type, the packaging and unit codes, the country of origin. This way every item in the group gets the codes at once — so it is easiest to start setting up eTIMS here, and to use eTIMS Item Codes for individual items that differ.

A worked example

All items in the group go to KRA with these codes, except those that have their own in eTIMS Item Codes. Whatever the group lacks as well is taken from the account; before that, the country also comes from the item card's «Country of Origin» field if it holds a two-letter ISO code. An item type set neither here nor on the item is not taken from the account: the item card gives it — a service goes as 3, anything else as 2.
What is checked on saving
The same as for item codes: the group is required and must exist (one record per group), the classification code is 4 to 12 digits, the packaging and unit codes are 1 to 5 Latin letters or digits, the country is a two-letter ISO code.
An item group that has a record here cannot be deleted.
Classification, packaging and unit codes are KRA reference lists: they are issued by KRA or the eTIMS intermediary.
