Productions journal
Where the orders list is about plans, this report is about the fact: what the shop actually made over a period, out of what, and at what cost. Every production run is broken down into components, so you see not only the finished goods but everything that went into them.
Where to find it: Modules → Production → Reports → Productions journal
A worked example

Parameters: Period, production number, technological map, finished product and status.

Over 2024–2026 the demo company has two runs against SHELF-01: No. 1 for one unit, "Finished", 166.80; and No. 2 for twenty units, "Created", 3 336.00. The Type column reads "Production" — an ordinary build, not a disassembly.
Each row expands into its composition: the beams, bolts and nuts, the cutting, assembly and packing work, the cardboard box — and the finished shelving unit on the output line. The same rows as in the technological map, but with the prices the materials actually left stock at.
What to watch
The cost here is actual. It comes from stock balances under FIFO, so it can differ from the planned figure in the map. Comparing the two journals — plan and fact — is the quickest way to see where a run came out dearer than intended.
The Type column separates a build from a disassembly: a disassembly writes off the product and returns the components, so it reads as a mirror image.
Access to the money columns depends on the view-cost permission: without it, the price columns are hidden.
Typical situations
The run is in the register but not in the report. Check the date and the status: the period filters by the date that matches the selected status — Created and All by the creation date, Started by the start date, Finished by the finish date; a production number lifts the period limit.
Only one run is wanted. Fill in the number — no other filter is needed.
Only unfinished ones are wanted. Use the status filter: "Started" shows what is in progress.
